新一代海洋水色观测卫星总体设计与技术创新

    Overall design and technological innovation of the new generation ocean color observation satellite

    • 海洋遥感领域具有全海域、全天时、全天候及全方位的特点,对遥感器提出了宽刈幅、大动态及高辐射分辨率的要求。中国海洋水色卫星历经近30年的发展,成功发射了HY-1A/B/C/D 4颗海洋水色观测卫星及新一代海洋水色观测卫星(HY-3A),形成了海洋水色观测卫星系列和可持续的遥感业务化运行能力。分析了海洋水色遥感的技术特点,介绍了新一代海洋水色观测卫星的总体设计方案和技术创新点,并展示了其应用成果。同时,对现有海洋水色观测卫星技术的不足进行了论述,为提升中国海洋水色的综合遥感能力提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The remote sensing device puts forward requirements for wide range, large dynamic, and high radiation resolution because of the characteristics of full sea areas, all-time, all-weather, and all-direction in ocean remote sensing field. With nearly 30 years of development, four ocean color observation HY-1A/B/C/D Satellites and a new generation of ocean color observation satellite (HY-3A), have been launched in China, forming ocean color observation satellite series and sustainable operational capability for remote sensing. The technical characteristics of ocean color remote sensing were analyzed, followed by the introduction of the overall design scheme and the technological innovation points of the new generation ocean color observation satellite. The application achievements of the new generation ocean color observation satellite were also presented. The shortcomings of the existing ocean color observation satellite technology were discussed, providing references for improving China's comprehensive remote sensing capability in ocean color observation.
