HY-3A卫星构型布局设计与优化

    Design and optimization of configuration layout for HY-3A Satellite

    • 针对“海洋三号”A(HY-3A)卫星多载荷、大视场、大质量、高承载、大尺寸及高刚度等需求,提出了一种基于载荷扩展舱的“品”字形载荷构型布局方案,并对卫星传力路径进行了优化。通过在主传力路径上增加2个短隔板,使卫星的承载能力从1 200 kg提高到1 500 kg,同时有效提升了卫星的整体刚度。验证结果表明:采用所提出的“品”字形载荷构型布局设计,能够满足3台超200 kg量级的光学载荷的大视场观测需求,为后续同类卫星构型布局设计提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: To address the requirements of multi-payload large field of view, large mass, high load-bearing capacity, large size, and high stiffness for the HY-3A Satellite, a triangular arrangement payload configuration layout scheme based on the payload expansion cabin was proposed, and the load-bearing path of the satellite was optimized. By adding two short partitions to the main load-bearing path, the load capacity of the satellite was increased from 1 200 kg to 1 500 kg, and the overall stiffness of the satellite was improved effectively. The verification results demonstrate that the proposed triangular arrangement payload configuration layout satisfies the large field of view observation demands for three optical payloads, each exceeding 200 kg in mass, providing a reference for the configuration layout design of similar satellites in the future.
